DAVE ROSS – Chief Executive Officer, The Wellness Network
As CEO, Dave is leading The Wellness Network’s efforts to expand into providing more value-based care solutions through organic growth opportunities and acquisitions.
Prior to joining The Wellness Network, Dave spent 21 years with NBC and GE Healthcare combining educational media and technologies with business opportunities. Throughout his tenure with GE and NBC, Dave held a number of operational and business development roles, receiving invaluable leadership and product development training and opportunities.
Dave launched and managed the Patient Channel (2002) and Joint Commission Resources Quality and Safety Network (2007) at GE Healthcare, moving with his business group to NBC Digital Health in 2008. There, he combined the teams, platforms and operations of the Patient Channel and the Newborn Channel as VP, Hospital Business for NBC’s Digital Health Networks.
Dave produced numerous award-winning corporate television programs and worked as a commercial television producer, reporter and photojournalist for NBC and CBS television stations and launched and operated his own business television production business.
Dave received his B.A. in Broadcast Communication from Marquette University in 1983.
ANDREW ROMAGNA – President, Business Growth
Andrew leads the subscription sales team which is responsible for relationships with over 2500 hospitals. He is also responsible for the strategic marketing and subscription sales planning for the hospital business. Prior to joining The Wellness Network, Andrew spent 10 years in the healthcare industry with GE Healthcare, Medical Education Solutions Group and NBC’s Digital Health division. At GE Healthcare he worked on over 100 educational video programs for nurses, physicians, and pharmacists. Andrew received his Masters from UW-Madison in 2001.
NANCY GREENWALD – President, Sponsorship Sales
Nancy Greenwald joined The Wellness Network in 2016 as VP, Sponsorship Sales. Nancy is responsible for strengthening the advertising sales team and growing revenue access all of the network channels and platforms. Prior to joining The Wellness Network, Nancy served as Vice President, Publishing Director for the American Diabetes Association. While with the ADA, Nancy was responsible for growing revenue across all communication platforms on the consumer and professional side of the association. Prior to her time at ADA, she spent more than a decade at Hearst Media overseeing the DTC advertising arena.
STEPHANIE WINANS – President, Pregnancy and Pediatrics
Stephanie is responsible for strategic planning and developing long-term growth strategies for pregnancy and pediatrics, as well as managing Bundoo operations. With nine years of experience in digital marketing, Stephanie has developed innovative strategies for radio, startups, small businesses and entertainment artists, merging SEM, social advertising and content marketing initiatives with traditional media and event marketing. She is a sought-after speaker and commentator in the US and Canada on digital advertising, social media marketing for radio and women in entrepreneurship. She recently completed her MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds a B.S. in marketing and psychology from Spring Hill College.
DAVID ELVIG, MD – Chief Clinical Officer
As Chief Clinical Officer, David develops and oversees integrated patient education and EDIS health education solutions for US hospitals, including ONC-Certified products for Meaningful Use. His current responsibilities include new product development to enable LOGICARE and Wellness Network growth. Prior to the acquisition of LOGICARE by The Wellness Network, David founded LOGICARE and served as President and CEO for 27 years. David received his B.A. in Chemistry at St Olaf College and an MD degree and Family Practice specialty certification at the University of Minnesota.
ALBERT LEPINSKI – Chief Innovation Officer
As Chief Innovation Officer, Albert is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives for The Wellness Network. Prior to joining The Wellness Network, Albert was with Coach, where he managed critical technology projects. Prior to that, Albert was a software engineer with Audiocodes USA a leading designer, manufacturer and seller of advanced Voice over IP and converged VoIP and Data networking products and applications.
JIM LYONS – Chief Technology Officer, Network and Broadcast Operations
Jim is responsible for the Wellness Network’s Technical and Platform Support Operations. Jim’s technical career spans over 25 years in the areas of broadcast, media, and satellite & terrestrial network engineering, including technology architecture for NBC and FOX. Jim was involved with the launch of the Patient Channel (2002), integration of the Newborn Channel (2004) and the new digital signage platform for The Wellness Network (2012). Jim’s experience includes roles at COMSAT, Ascent Media, DataPath/Rockwell Collins, and Hawaii Pacific Teleport.
ANDY JOHNSON – Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Andy leads the Eau Claire, WI office of The Wellness Network. He oversees day to day activities and manages the following functional areas: Technical Support, Account Management, Implementation, Information Technologies, and Software Development/Quality Assurance for TWN’s EMR Integration focused solutions. These teams focus on developing and managing efficient processes that promote customer success, satisfaction and retention, along with software quality. He is actively involved in product and strategic planning along with leadership development. Andy has been with The Wellness Network for over 13 years and he received his B.B.A at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
MEG MILLER – Vice President, Programming & Marketing
Meg develops and executes content, marketing and communications strategy for The Wellness Network. She assesses customer and healthcare facility needs for education and ensures clinical accuracy of programming through the Advisory Board. Meg also maintains brand integrity develops and implements market strategy with the sales team. Meg brings over 10 years experience in patient education and content development and over 20 years experience in marketing, communications and strategic planning. Meg is a graduate of the The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
CHRISTY TETTERTON – Vice President, Digital Sales
Christy is responsible for digital advertising and sponsorship revenue growth. Christy is a veteran of the healthcare industry. Before joining Bundoo as director of sales, she spent 15 years working in healthcare advertising sales with leading companies such as Hearst, Elsevier, and Frontline Medical Communications. She received a B.A. in English and Communication from Rutgers.
DEEDEE SCHEEL – Director, Customer Care & Support
As the Customer Care and Support Director, Deedee and her team work closely with customers to promote and use our channels effectively inside the hospital. Her team is the liaison for technical issues and contract documentation. Deedee has 25+ years of experience in Customer Service and Administration. She has been involved with the Patient Channel since 1999 and joined the Wellness Network team in 2010. Prior to joining The Wellness Network, she worked at GE Healthcare on the Utilization and Learning Management Systems. Prior to that, she worked at Marquette Electronics in several positions including HR Administration, Sales Administration and Engineering Administration.
NICOLE STRAFORD – Director, Digital Marketing
Nicole develops and executes Bundoo’s marketing strategies, including managing all online advertising and traditional marketing campaigns. She also works to create B2B partnerships with complementary, premier parenting brands. Nicole has worked in strategic marketing for more than a decade, including managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Nicole received her MBA from the University of Florida.
JON VANZILE – Director, Content
As Content Director, Jon is responsible for executing Bundoo’s editorial strategy, including developing site content and working with healthcare experts to provide comprehensive parenting coverage for Bundoo’s target audience. Jon has 15 years of experience in medical publishing, working with leading publishers such as Oxford University Press, Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins, and Health Communications. He has written and edited for national media companies including the New York Times Company, Tribune Media, iVillage, and Meredith Corporation. Jon holds a degree in journalism from Michigan State University.
MOLLY KREEGER – Manager, Marketing & Communications
As Marketing & Communications Manager, Molly develops and executes marketing and communications plans for all The Wellness Network products. Molly brings over 10 years experience in marketing, communications, business development and customer support and service. Molly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors in Arts and Science, Business Communication.
KRIS SCHROETER – Senior Manager, Quality and Implementation
Kris oversees the customer fulfillment process using collaboration, best practices and continuous quality improvement. She has 22 years of hospital experience, including 15 years in hospital management positions. She also has 13 years of experience of customer training and consulting experience with GE Healthcare where, as a GE Six Sigma Black Belt, she applied her clinical experience as a hospital Process Improvement Consultant. Kris is a graduate of the Radiologic Technology program at The University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Madison, WI and Marian University, Fond du lac, WI with a B.S. in Radiologic Technology, Business Minor.
